Terms and Conditions
For full set of terms & conditions please see booking form. Participants should be aware and accept the conditions of Hi-Jinks Limited (as set out in the booking form) before taking part in any event with Hi-Jinks.
1. All passports must have at least six months to run from the date of entry into the destination country. If a visa is required, full details on obtaining a visa will be supplied. Payment for the visa, airport tax, personal kit and gratuities are the responsibility of the participant.
2. Hi-Jinks and the client reserve the right to alter the itinerary, should climatic or any other unforeseen circumstances deem this necessary.
3. Participants must be covered by medical insurance, which must provide adequate medical cover and repatriation insurance for trekking in a remote location.
4. Participants must be relatively fit to complete the activities chosen and must fill out the medical questionnaire provided as part of the welcome pack. Participants over 60 years old, under 18 years old or with any sort of medical condition which could be adversely affected by exercise, (particularly a heart condition), must obtain a medical certificate from their doctor. By signing the entry form participants confirm that to the best of their knowledge, their general state of health is good and that they take full responsibility for themselves. Participants must also inform Hi-Jinks of any change in their medical condition that occurs between submitting the medical form and the departure date, including pregnancy. Hi-Jinks reserves the right to refuse a participant if they are deemed unfit to take part.
5. Passport control and local authorities reserve the right to refuse entry.
6. Participants participate at their own risk and agree to indemnify HI-Jinks against claims for loss or damage to personal property, personal injury (or death) and any claim arising from the entrant's own actions.
7. Participants acknowledge that Hi-Jinks is neither an agent nor partner of the client and has sole responsibility for organising the logistics of the event/trip.
